My Unique Perspective
I discovered breathwork at age 19 (2001) and immediately began training to become a facilitator. I spent four years training with various teachers and by age 21, had completed two breathwork teacher trainings. I have been teaching and sharing breathwork for over 23 years and have created my unique methodology that combines my decades of experience as a healer, my unique innate gifts to see trauma at the deepest level, and my 10-plus years of experience as a mental health professional working with traumatized children.
I have a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and certifications in Social-Emotional Learning and Mindfulness. My approach to transformation is multidimensional and holistic, meaning I teach you to read and understand all aspects of your clients, from energetic to intellectual, how to recognize trauma patterns (that most people would not be able to see), and how to pinpoint wounding at the deepest level to shift it quickly.
Transformation DOES NOT need to take a long time- just precision and accuracy with your skillset and that’s what you will leave this program with. As an educator, I know how to create a curriculum that provides a particular and nuanced skillset that you can utilize to produce profound results for your clients (and yourself).
